I have a small lump on the floor of my mouth to the left of my tongue that feels hard but seems to move. Should I worry.

The lump seems to bounce up and down or side to side when pressure is place on it and it is just next to the line of tissue that conncects the tongue and the floor of the mouth. It is also behind the teeth and close to the gum line.
