I had an apicoectomy on tooth #19 today. I was wondering if I can use colloidal silver instead of the antibiotics prescribed.

The apico was recommended after two failed root canals over a replaced crown. I was prescribed too many antibiotics as a young person and I am now very resistent to taking them unless absolutely necessary.
