i feel a lump under my chin,by my neck and can't open my mouth wide. I also feel pain in my teeth. what could it be?

 I have had teeth problems for a while. two days ago i noticed what I tought was swollen glands on my left side, now I cant open my mouth wide and I am in alot of pain
