I began using baking soda today for my bad breath.. It worked wonders! Didn't use gum yet today! Is it safe to use everyday? Is it abrasive against the teeth, like whitener?
How should I use it? before or after using normal toothpaste? Can I just dip my toothbrush into the packet of baking soda and brush away?
