Having seen three professionals with no diagnosis would make me feel nervous too. Sounds like you're headed in the right direction to the Oral Surgeon and possible biopsy. These lesions need close inspection for a definitive answer. The state of your general health could be important. This may be condition that emerges when you immune system is challenged or "run down"
Good luck!

I have recurring blisters on my gums . This has been going on for 3 mos. they fll with white clear fluid . They are all over my gums , come and go in different areas of the gums. They hurt a little if I press on them but they are not really painful . I go to dentist every 4 mos for cleaning . Dentist sent me to periodontal doc - he had no clue. Went to dermatologist - he's having me see and oral surgeob for a biopsy . Any clues? I'm getting nervous
