I have been following your program for several years and have been doing so faithfully. I eat TONS of your mints. However, I have had symptoms of fluoride poisoning that could be another cause.
I have not been doing the fluoride rinse for a few weeks and with all the mints I use I wonder if this is a problem.

Xylitol and ACT work differently.
To repair teeth you need to use these two ingredients in tandem - in the system I recommend.
How the system works is outlined in my book Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye.
Without fluoride you will probably slow any enamel repairs.
Whether this is a problem or not depends on how high your risk is for damaged teeth or plaque build up.
If you have experienced a lot of cavities in the past - be careful and be sure you are doing the right thing.
So much fear is generated around the subject of fluoride - some correct but much is incorrect and must be called what it is - fear-mongering.
