Dosage of Xylitol

Posted Nov 05 2009 5:30pm
Dear Dr. Ellie:

Hi, I was wondering how much is in a packet of xylitol. Like I know its 4 grams of xylitol, but is that equal to a tablespoon? or a teaspoon?

Thanks so much!
K

Hi K,

4 grams is a little less than one teaspoon. One and a half packets is 6 grams which would be a generous teaspoon. Hope this helps! Ellie www.zellies.com
