What to bring with you:
1. Determine the provider you will be using.
2. Bring your AmeriPlan® membership card with you to the pharmacy. The pharmacy must see the card each time a prescription is filled, in order to receive the discounted price.
3. Make sure you have your prescription from your doctor.
4. Have a picture identification (some pharmacies require this).
