I've been treated with tegretol for TN for 2 years, and there are side effects I find unpleasant. My dental care is provided by a county clinic that rarely has donated services ... therefore, this has not been addressed. But I'm trying!
Just got out of the hospital for a rule-out-MI. Turns out my hypothyroidism had been inadequately treated, and my sodium level bottomed out (126). They suspect an enlarged left atrium (?), and I'm following up with cardiologist in a week.
