It does take time and a lot of money. I chose to fly to Eastern Europe where it is cheaper and faster and I am registered with one clinic- dentalpoland who take care of me. the process in my case will take about a year but knowing that I will save around 1000 pounds makes me smile much more, although I know a lot will have to be done ...

This process can take up to nine months to complete as the dentist or oral surgeon must perform surgery to place the implant and then there is a healing time, where the implant is attaching to the bone. This is called Osseo integration …
