Deitria,

Cutting out dinner may be tempting but I'm not sure I'd do that.  It can slow your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight.  Why not have your main meal at lunch and have a lighter meal for dinner?  Walking on the treadmill is a great thing to do for yourself.  If you have an hour at lunch maybe you could fit in a walk then as well. 

Some of the Wellsphere folks are signing up for dance classes and that can be a fun way to fit in exercise as well.  On the weekend try to squeeze in a fun fitness activity like hiking, biking, tennis, volley ball or roller skating.  Anything that gets you moving will help.
