Sparkling water isn't bad for you really, so if you really want to drink it you should be fine. Just make sure to check levels of sodium and minerals just to make surey ou know how healthy it is. That goes for all water though. Also the sparkling water that's okay is the plain kind since it lacks the negative ingredients from artificial flavoring.
