I have chronic Lyme and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (also known as CFIDS and ME).  I was diagnosed with Lyme in 2007 and CFIDS/ME in 2009.  I am also the mother of 2 opping boys!  Learning to negotiate life and illness at the same time takes some balance that I'm still developing! My dream is to be well enough to complete a marathon some day.

I am a business owner and mother of a daughter with Asperger's. Creating new recipes, like creating new works of art, is one of my passions in life.  For the past twelve plus years, I’ve been a self-taught cook out of the necessity to feed myself allergy-free foods.  This blossomed into a career I never imagined when I began cooking for people with special diets at a healing and spiritual retreat in Warfordsburg, PA about 3 years ago. ...
