Hi Everyone, I turned 50 this year and I'm heavier than I've ever been in my life. I lost 25 pounds last year and gained back 30+. This happened a couple of years ago, too. So, I'm looking for motivation, accountability and information to move beyond this cycle of weight loss and weight gain! I'm was so happy to find this great website and I'm looking forward to learning all about it.
