Health knowledge made personal
I'm David DiSalvo, a freelance writer and research wonk whose background includes creating public health and awareness campaigns about the dangers of lead poisoning to children, the need for better energy efficiency technologies from Boston to Beijing, and the scourge of poor air quality in cities around the U.S. I've also worked in and around the environmental engineering industry writing about the nation's crumbling infrastructure, technologies that clean our water and reduce solid waste, and the wonders of modern sewage systems. And way back I was the managing editor of a peer-reviewed healthcare journal.
In addition to writing at Neuronarrative, I'm a freelance writer for Scientific American Mind
