Hi David,
I've just seen that you too joined the exercise community...It is one of my favorites. Congrats on your New Year's resolution/goal -  I too went through the process of first working out 3 times a week and only then moving to working out every day. I am a big believer in doing  things step by step, and by doing so,  making them sustainable and part of my day to day life. Best of luck with your goal (you can DEFINITELY make it! ) and I am more than happy to support and motivate....Happy 2008
