iam a 35 yr old bp going on 36 in march...rather 45 next week...hahaha! i feel so old but so young at the same.  anyway, ihave had a severe bout of bp...now it has let up--maybe partial remission.  it lasted for ten yrs.  up and down everyday and every minute sometimes.  that is still going on but it is very much easier to deal with now.  therapy really helps and so does church...i am a faithfull church goer and just changed form catholic  to pentecostal.  i...
