I'm 44 SAHM of 2. My top weight was 225 when I was pregnant with my daughter. I have battled my weight and food since I was 14. Over the years, I have fluctuated 40lbs. (mostly in college and early 20's). Then I started fluctuating 20lbs- between 150-170, then it became 10lbs - between150-160. When I got pregnant w/ my 2nd child I was 160 and gained 65lbs. I took that off slowly and stayed around 155-150. 2 yrs ago, I lost 20lbs and got down to 130. Super happy, satisfied, dream... Full Bio

My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.
