hey, I went for grad school at Stanford... I began to be wellness councious on Dec 2006, it was one of my new years resolution. I decided to excersise regularly and eat well.... I exercise at least five times a week, and it helps me to relax and get rid of the stress of daily life. Actually, everytime I exercise, I can feel a rush of adrenaline that keeps me moving, I love challenges, and I usually do challenges with my friends.
