Some of the things that really helped me were bodyweight rows, bodyweight curls and tricep extensions using the TRX. If you don't have a trx or jungle gym you can also do these at the park on a low bar.
I also worked on improving my core strength and stability, my grip, and overall flexibility. I actually posted my entire 6 week workout plan on my free workouts blog.
