Can i go to a dance with a possible enlarged spleen?

I have had mono now for about 3 weeks and think my spleen might be enlarged. i have pain under my rib cage. I have a dance that i wanted to go to and was wondering if i have any risk of it rupturing or tearing while i'm at it dancing.. thanks!
