Benefits of ballet

I have danced all my life and I enjoy every minute of it. My goal now is to share my passion for ballet with others. I currently teaches ballet classes at the Miami Royal Ballet school (www.miamiroyalballet.com ) . I can't stop telling my friends about the many benefits of ballet. It encourages physical discipline and general body awareness and control. It helps understand the relationship between music, rhythm and controlled movement. It creates a solid foundation and prepares students to dance all types of classic and other modern dances, to mention just a few.

My advise is simple, keep dancing.

Your passion for dance really show. With all the stars losing weight participating in Dancing With The Stars and gyms offering pole dancing classes, maybe Dance is the "new" diet...
