My name is Veronica and I am starting an African dance work out in Midtown Manhattan that is scheduled to start on February 18th 2009. Learn different african dances and learn a big part of the African culture while working out!!
Results will include a peaceful mind, a great looking body, a very flexible body..in every possible angle and  SO MUCH FUN!!!!!
The sessions will be an hour and a half long.
