I have always been an advocate of healthy eating. Five years ago, after having a serious problem with plaque in my bloodstream, I became an EXTREMELY healthy eater. I start each day with fresh cut fruits and a whole grain cereal. I do not eat red meats, bacon, etc. fortunately I love fruits, veggies and fish. These are the mainstay of my diet.

Spinach Pasta with Broccoli and Shrimp Whole wheat pasta - for one - (I mix Fetuccini and spaghetti) 1/4 cup chopped spinach 1/2 cup salad shrimp - Thawed and slightly sauted 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce - Warmed 1 cup chopped broccoli - Steamed or boiled Boil the pasta as usual - Drain - add the spinach Place the pasta on the plate Pour on the Alfredo sauce Place the shrimp over the pasta mix Place the broccoli around the edge of the plate < ENJOY >
