Bio

I am a teacher of yoga and meditation, a singer-songwriter and a social worker. I guess that sounds like a lot, but that is what I do. I was born in New York, but have spent the last 30 years working in over 40 countries around the world. Presently I am based in Albania where I run two kindergartens for needy children, teach yoga, and work on my music.
