I'm diabetic fat and 48.  I've been thinking that it's high time I get a grip and get my health in order. I'm still trying to figure things out, but I'm hoping this community will help me gain some insight as to the direction I should take and the motivation to get moving. A lot of exercises will be difficult for me because of quite a bit of residual pain from a broken ankle.  I need to find an exercise programme that will take this into consideration.  It'll also have...
