Get 8 hours of sleep a night. Self-explanatory, right?
Meal plan in the morning and thaw what needs to be thawed. I can wing it pretty successfully for breakfast and lunch, but I don’t do well without a dinner plan.
Do five workouts: three run/walks and two others. I may have to take it easy some days, but I can certainly get out there and do something. Even if it’s just walking a mile or two, I know it makes a difference.
And that’s it. Teeny goals, posted on my bulletin board in my home office so I will see them and stick to them. Here goes!
