I like to run outside, on the treadmill, or on the elliptical. I used to do crew, so rowing is my hidden passion. I'm also into pilates, yoga, step aerobics, and basic cardio :)

I am the mother of 3 wonderful kids (7, 4, and 3). I spend a lot of time managing their numerous food and environemntal allergies. It is a challange to provide nutritious food for picky eaters who also have diet restrictions. I also enjoy exercising early in the morning with a local boot camp.
