What is this pain in my chest caused by?

I am a 31 year old female, smoker, been having a consistent pain in my upper chest, on the right side, above the breast, i can feel a slight pain on that side when i take a deep breath and any movement on that side of the body makes me feel the pain in that particular spot too, what should i be looking out for here?
