firstname.lastname@example.orgMid-day HOT walk with O2 in BackPack. That 15 pound weight makes your entire body feel the work in every part of the lower body. I keep thinking...it is weight training, and resistance. I was so tempted to call my husband to come pick me up, I have only done that twice. Once when the axle broke on the stroller I was pushing and another time when I just couldn't make it up our hill. Today 3 miles = 1 hour 9 minutes. No speed record, the weight seems to slow me down several minutes per mile.
