Habits can be good and bad for you. Our health hangs by a thread of forming good habits. Here is a chance to form good healthy habits by exercising, using a chair. It works and is extremely important for improving muscles and your breathing.
If you are against doing ANY exercise, then why not lie down and do nothing? But if you want to improve the situation, grit your teeth and get used to it. Surprisingly, in a very short time, these few minutes a day will give you a very big grin of: ‘I did it!’
