My belly didn't get 'quite' as big as pictured, but I did have a fair amount of 'roundness' atmid-level, more than I liked. Anywhere else I could pinch an inch, but on the belly - 2 inches. Not good! So now I am trying more lifting of small weights for upper And lower body, and checking out anything that might help me tighten up my own girdle muscles, plus eating very carefully. I still indulge in a daily portion of chocolate as my end of day reward, but all portions of meals are getting smaller for me, I am still 10 lbs more than I was before diagnosis of COPD in 2003. It took 5 years to shed 20 lbs off of being 170see, I don't like to 'diet', but I am willing to exercise. That hasn't been enough, thus I must exert more self control of my love of eating.roxlyngcd@comcast.net
Fatty foods curb hunger they may not be the healthiest diet choice, but those rich in unsaturated fats such as avocados, nuts and olive oil have been found to play a pivotal role in sending this important message to your brain: stop eating, you're full.http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/10/081007123647.htm
