What to do with yourself?Work with what you have and try to improve how you feel and what you do. Do more��� you CAN improve, if you take it in small bits and persist Of course you can't improve if you won't choose to try. So, "WHATMATTERS MOST' ? choose to do something that matters the mostroxlyngcd@comcast.net.being able to do for myself matters the most to me. I fear the thought of ever not being able to get myself to the potty or kitchen.I want to do-go-keep moving as long as I can, that is why I walk a lot. It enables me to do other activities for longer. This afternoon I stayed home indoors, spent 25 minutes on my elliptical, and 10 minutes on treadmill. All of my exercise equipment was on sale or second hand. Goodwill stores have lots of exercise equipment especially after Christmas and in January or February. Either folks got new ones or found they didn't use what they had.
