Fight for Air Climb Denver, COLORADO My practice time is up to
20 minutes of repetitively climbing 2 flights of stairs at home.
I go slowly enough to keep stepping up(and down) without
stopping. I can do it using 12 liters per minute of supplemental
oxgen... then near the top (53 stories in the Republic building-
highest in Denver) I need 15 liters. If you donate, your name
can be displayed-maybe add your group or business to the
