Fight for Air Climb Denver, COLORADO My practice time is up to
20 minutes of repetitively climbing 2 flights of stairs at home.
I go slowly enough to keep stepping up(and down) without
stopping. I can do it using 12 liters per minute of supplemental
oxgen... then near the top  (53 stories in the Republic building-
highest in Denver)  I need 15 liters.  If you donate, your name
can be displayed-maybe add your group or business to the
scrolling bar.
Can't help?  then learn some more from The American Lung
Association they have lots of information- resources just for you
 at  http://www.lungusa.org/lung-disease/
