Busier than all get out, lots of medical appointments- annual stuff and also one for cataract evaluation. Have to keep moving, up to 10 minutes of climbing stairs, and do small weights each day, upper body for 30 minutes, and alternate days using leg weights. Stll no long- serious walks, but time upright, for food shopping etc. stop and go, doesn't qualify for aerobic unless steady over 2.4 mph . Keep trying, I have to follow my own advice.
