I hope everyone has checked in to Yahoo every now and then with their ID name & pin. Seems many folks couldn' t get it beyond April 13th. The trick was to check in to Yahoo blog 36 or set up as a new member. Welcome back to those of you who were able to figure out how to get back to COPD Pulmonary Rehab & After...now...let' s all keep moving. roxlyngcd@comcast.netHappy Saturday to the world. Take a walk around the block. Just be aware of coughers & sneezers, pull back a little. Thursday at a Kaiser clinic with my husband, we saw a women- mid thirtish looking, walk in wearing a blue face mask. She was immediately escorted downstairs to the clinic area. Later in the day we read a description of a woman like that, in the Arapahoe county area, was infected...it was all set up she wear the mask in to protect others, and get tested...so, we were sitting outside in the sunshine, waiting to go indoors and have minimum exposure...a good precaution. One just never knows where a germ will locate. She had been on a vacation inMexico. After leaving the area- you guessed it, we washed our hands, especially after resting them on arms of chairs, and holding magazines in the waiting room. One never knows who sat in the chair before you, same in an airplane. Take sensible precautions and be careful, don' t panic, avoid crowded places where you can' t keep about 2+ feet from other persons. Now there are warnings about products & claims of cures >>>
FDA, FTC Warn Public Of Fraudulent 2009 H1N1 Influenza Products(May 2, 2009)-- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission are alerting the public to be wary of Internet sites and other promotions for products that claim to diagnose, prevent, mitigate, treat or cure the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus.
