Finally I took some photos of how the little Respironics GoLox portable fits, a light weight carry on hip or fanny. For around the house I put it on 4L pulse, and it holds my sats well enough for light work. It is really nice to be able to make the bed or vacuum without the drag of the long tubes tangling with everything. Climbing stairs I do have a momentary drop in sats below 90%, but that happens even when I am on the long tubes. It is not the greatest for harder exertion....for me...everyone may do better. When I sit down I turn it down to 1L, 2L just for kitchen work.
FOR ME, using 3L liquid oxygen on constant flow I can tread mill at 3mph and stay above 95%, but with 4 pulse, I am limited to going a slower 2.2 mph to keep my oxygen saturation up in mid 90%. The altitude of 5500 ft. where I live, is probably a factor that makes my sats drop faster. Always test how equipment works for your "brand" of COPD.
