Posted Jan 15 2009 4:51pm

What a day I had! My husband and I drove downtown to National Jewish Health today for ourColoradoCOPD Connections group monthly meeting. We are selecting topics and speakers for our annual conference next fall. It is shaping up nicely. The name of it this year will be Dr. Tom Petty COPD Moving Mountains Conference. The meeting took about 2 hours plus 2 hours driving back and forth, then some 'exercise' following it lots of walking around Sam's. Thus, actually we were out and about for 5 hours. Upon arriving home I saw my mail included the new issue of the COPD Digestwhoopee! My article The "Impossible" is Sometimes Possible" was on page 14 & 15, right in the middle of the magazine, and the rest of it is all good information just for you.

If you dont get thisFREEmagazine, call the COPD Foundation's information line and sign up for your free subscription (1-866-316-2673). The folks who answer are patient volunteers, and they are happy to set up yoursubscription and talk to you about other problems you may have, they will help if they can as they can relate to many problems of lung challenges. Call9 AM -9 PMeastern time. You might mention you learned about them on the Pulmonary Rehab and After Blog, or mention my name Roxlyn G Cole. They want to know where folks hear about them.
