I own a house where a cat was present for roughly 10 years, but has been gone for 2 or 3 years. The draperies, valances, blinds & carpet (as well as some of the upholstered furniture) remain in the house. My sister is highly allergic to it, and it triggers a horrid asthma attack. Is it safe for her to enter this house?
