Hi everyone, sorry I am so late getting on today, Comcast has been on and off not working today. Meanwhile I have almost cleared my desk so I can see it, and I was wound up like a pretzel tense, so finally after dinner limbered up with some resistance moving and lifting of small weights both with arms and legs for 30 minutes and 5 more of stretches on the cardio glide machine. I hope you all remembered to do some moving...balancing on alternating legs if you stand in front of the sink, or do a leg dip or squat here and there. Little extra moves all about your home will add up to getting better at stretching or sitting or standing up from a seat if you do an extra one or two ... they all add up to keep you limber and help your range of motion, so you won' t keep going down down down the spiral to inability to do even what you can today. Do a little more, that is the ticket to being able to do more...
