Entry for February 05, 2009 Take in some sunshine Vitamin D and walk!

Posted Feb 10 2009 10:07am

Another crazy warm day in Colorado...it is supposed to get up into the 70*s. A must to go out walking to take advantage of this mood cheering sunshine time before the return of winter weather. Our heaviest snow month is March with April the second snowiest. At least we can count on it melting fairly quickly. Yesterday I walked around the lake in a near by park, almost 5 miles, taking my time on the return path. An hour twenty-one minutes. A nice steady calorie burning pace. Last night was wretched with coughing finally I took some robitusin DM and achieved some relief, but today I will surely be dragging.roxlyngcd@comcast.net........
