yes u r right healhy eating is better for our health and its keep us away from various disease like hemorrhoids .
Insomnia, stress, thyroid malfunction, and low metabolism all lead to over eating, lack of motivation for exercise, and thus weight gain and an accelerated aging process. I think it is most important to find the exact cause of weight gain first, before telling patients/clients to eat right, exercise, and get on some kind of medicine.

Hat’s off. Well done, as we know that “Hard work always pays off”, after a long struggle with sincere efforts it’s done.
