 we are  "AGED".

My exercise room 

yup, messy - cluttered, but the equipment is 'in my face' and makes me feel guilty if I don't  do it.  

The small weights are under the coffee table,

no excuses not to keep moving any way you can

if you do it in small 'bites'. 

 

We weren't dreaming of a white Christmas, but this is what we woke up to on the 25th
