Dedicated to exercise can be a drag, and I procrastinate, but manage to perservere and do something every day. Today will be my stair climbing day until Feb. 22 when I attempt the Am Lung Association stair climbing challenge for the 4th time. 53 stories can be a chore, and I need to prepare for it more than any other event, climbing with 12-15 lbs on my back is a major challenge. If you have stairs, they are a good source of exercise. Tqke it slowly, do a few, then a few more. Build on what you can do, until your home stairs become easier for you���that is a perfect goal, no need to be excessive about it like I am. I do think that exercise, with PROPER oxygenation can make you think better. I tend to get cobwebs in my brain when my sats drop to 93% or lower.roxlyngcd@comcast.net
