Busy day, better breathers meeting and hospital visiting. Walked at least 25 minutes down loooong hospital hall ways, a HUGE place. after dinner 15 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes lifting small weights- arms & legs. Keep trying to do your best ...that is what the athlete's do, day after day. You CAN TOO. roxlyngcd@comcast.net
