I have eosinophilic bronchitis and have been using Flovent and Flonase/Avamys to treat it for about 10 years. As a result, I'm suffering from very sensitive skin which can be severely bruised or cut from very low impact. Clutching something like a book too tightly can produce a bruise.
I have two questions:
1: Are there natural or pharmaceutical alternatives to corticosteroids which don't have these side effects?
2. If I stop taking corticosteroids, will my skin regain its resilience to impact?
