3.  Build your support network

4.  Learn to conserve energy.

5.  Follow your treatment plan.

6.  Use it or lose it.

7. Lose some weight.

8. Stop smokingif you haven’t already

9. Manage your stress.

10. Consult with a pulmonologist if you haven’t in the past.
