15mg oxy-contin does nothing for my pain.Does anyone have a name of a medicine that actually works so I can tell my dr.??

I guess I'm a newly diagnosed lymie:{ This pain is un-freaking-real.Iguess I have had this for approx. 2-4years. I also have hepatitis-c and have hung drywall for 18 years so I'm getting attacked by hurt FROM MANY ANGLES I take oxy-contin 15mg 2x day /no help. anything stronger that works/what is it called?
