Hi Alkali
That sounds pretty disturbing! Zinc supplements don't have 'side effects' like this. Can you tell us -
- was the zinc supplement from the same tablet bottle each time you tried it?
- what was the strength of the zinc tablet?
- what was the form of the zinc? (e.g zinc oxide or......?)

Hi!
I have light prostate problem and was advised to take ZINC SUPPLEMENT with my food, when i started, i noticed blood in my stool and when i stopped the blood stopped.few months later i continued and with the zinc intake again and i saw small bllod in my urine today. Is blood in anyway related to the intake?thanks
