The guide at the link below lists specific foods by brand. It shows, in a green colored list, foods with non genetically engineered ingredients and in a brown colored list, foods with genetically engineered ingredients. You can click a category or scroll through the list.
All of the studies on GMO foods are not good. The rats in one study were force-fed a GMO food because they wouldn't eat it. They all developed intestinal lesions and they all died!
